Product Designer – Contractor

📋 Description

• Create comprehensive product experiences for CRM, Customer Portal, and Mobile platforms

• Utilize AI tools daily to expedite design and prototyping processes

• Manage and enhance the design system to enhance consistency and quality

• Engage directly with customers through interviews, demos, and research

• Utilize qualitative and quantitative data to guide decision-making

• Transition smoothly between discovery and implementation phases

• Translate vague issues into clear, actionable solutions

• Contribute to enhancing design quality and fostering a positive team culture

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of product design experience in SaaS (B2B or B2C)

• Proficiency in using AI tools in your design process or eagerness to learn them quickly

• Strong skills in Figma (auto-layout, variants, variables, design tokens)

• Familiarity with AI integrations or ability to adapt swiftly

• Understanding of front-end limitations (HTML, CSS, React)

• Ability to think systematically with great attention to detail

• Proactive attitude and capability to work independently

• Comfortable with receiving direct feedback and iterating on designs

• Experience in conducting user research and usability testing

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills for collaboration with a US-based team
