📋 Description

• Join Grafana Labs, a globally recognized remote-first, open-source company with 20M users.

• As a Product Designer, you will be part of a remote R&D team.

• Contribute to the Database Observability product by providing actionable insights.

• Work on the early testing phase of the DB O11y product with selected customers.

• Collaborate with various teams like product management, technical writing, and engineering to enhance user experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in designing for developers, database admins (DBAs), or other technical users.

• Possess a portfolio showcasing effective designs for complex products delivered in a fast-paced setting.

• Ability to synthesize business and product priorities, customer feedback, research insights, and technical considerations into scalable design solutions.

• Strong communication skills to collaborate with distributed cross-functional teams and iterate design solutions while maintaining the end vision.

• Experience working independently in a remote setup with a proactive approach, growth mindset, and focus on clarity, transparency, and continuous improvement.
