Product Designer - Growth

📋 Description

• Develop high-quality, responsive designs for web and mobile platforms to drive user growth and revenue

• Optimize initial user experiences, conversion paths, and customer loyalty programs

• Conduct multiple experiments concurrently while maintaining a strategic design outlook

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Marketers, Copywriters, Engineers, and stakeholders to transform objectives into impactful UI designs that enhance user interaction and conversion

• Create various designs like landing pages, interfaces, registration processes, and sales pages with a focus on enhancing key performance indicators such as conversion rates and user lifetime value

• Enhance user onboarding, engagement strategies, upgrade prompts, and premium membership experiences to boost user retention and renewals

• Oversee design projects from inception to execution, ensuring consistency across platforms and channels

• Present design proposals clearly, supported by rationale, user insights, and industry best practices

• Collaborate on Growth projects related to Monetization strategies, including upselling and cross-selling opportunities

• Support fellow designers by offering constructive feedback and insights to enhance team performance

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in visual design with a strong grasp of UX principles, especially in Growth and Monetization Design contexts

• Minimum 5 years of design experience in consumer web and mobile apps, with a history of enhancing user engagement, retention, monetization, and conversion rates

• Online portfolio demonstrating mobile and web design projects that influenced purchasing decisions, like landing pages, marketing sites, and membership processes

• Ability to lead initiatives and impact marketing and monetization strategies through effective design solutions

• Excellent communication skills to articulate design choices and propose data-driven solutions

• Proficient in Figma and working within established design frameworks

• Strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and a mindset for continuous improvement to elevate user experience and business outcomes

• Passion for Chess and familiarity with the product

• Experience with AI-powered design tools for creating high-fidelity prototypes

• Background in mobile game design

• Skills in motion design and UI animations
