• As a member of the Growth team, you'll play a key role in driving business outcomes by helping users find increased value and efficiency with GitLab.

• The Growth team is working to increase the adoption of GitLab Duo, our AI solution that supports developers across the entire software development lifecycle.

• Your focus will be on onboarding and adoption across GitLab's core platform, ensuring a frictionless experience for users who want to get started, trial, purchase, and explore new features.

• You'll work alongside UX Researchers, Product Managers, and Engineers to iterate on new features within the GitLab product.

🎯 Requirements

• Must have experience working on a B2B SaaS product as a Growth designer, or working in a growth-relevant area such as onboarding, user acquisition, free-to-paid conversion, feature adoption, etc.

• Practical knowledge of product experimentation and the ability to apply data in design decision-making.

• Familiarity with DevSecOps and the SDLC.

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (product management, engineering, research).

• Experience conducting your own research with a variety of methods, and strong decision making skills for when to do research.

• Solid visual design skills with the ability to balance leveraging the design system and recognising when a unique component is needed.
