📋 Description

• Interpret project objectives to produce high-quality design specifications promptly.

• Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to implement all initiatives.

• Assess project requirements and comprehend the balance between immediate delivery needs and long-term product objectives.

• Proactively investigate and grasp user objectives within a specific product domain under the guidance of senior team members.

• Learn to facilitate basic stakeholder alignment within the functional team utilizing established frameworks.

• Design clear user flows, specifications, and prototypes for user interfaces.

• Provide insights to team members through work evaluations, documentation, and technical advice.

• Acquire knowledge of all CrowdStrike features and services to ensure consistency and coherent solutions.

• Proficiency in leading ideation activities within predefined parameters.

• Skill in simplifying multi-step user tasks and making complex data user-friendly.

• In-depth understanding of user goals and motivations, and how our product aligns with them presently and in the future.

• Experience in end-to-end user experience processes and workflows, including user journeys, task analysis, information architecture, wireframing, prototyping, and evaluative research methods.

• Effective utilization of design artifacts to foster alignment, convey ideas, and deliver exceptional experiences.

• Proficiency in using Figma.

• Some exposure to enterprise SaaS products.

• Exceptional collaboration and communication skills in verbal and written forms.

• Online portfolio showcasing relevant work.

• Bonus Points: Familiarity with the cybersecurity industry.

• Experience with design systems and platform design projects.
