• We are in search of a dedicated Product Designer to ensure our products are valuable, intuitive, and meticulously crafted to the highest standards.

• Initially, the role focuses on product design and user research for our flagship product, Reach CMS (encompassing Raise and Encompass).

• Key responsibilities include:

• Utilizing research insights, rapid iteration, and testing to develop data-driven, user-focused solutions

• Transforming broad conceptual ideas into practical, user-friendly, and valuable solutions for mobile and web platforms

• Prototyping, testing, and iterating to enhance product offerings

• Transitioning between 'discovery' mode (prototyping ideas and seeking feedback) and 'delivery' mode (perfecting flow, interactions, and accessibility)

• Collaborating within product teams with product managers, developers, and data scientists to bring concepts to fruition

• Operating autonomously and taking complete ownership of all aspects of the design process, from initial sketches to final product

• Actively engaging in the design community, sharing insights, enhancing AI skills, and contributing to knowledge-sharing sessions

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of a relevant degree or equivalent experience

• 3-5 years of experience as a product designer for mobile and web applications

• Expertise in UX design, interaction design, information architecture, and visual design, with a strong grasp of design systems

• Proficiency in creating simple, inclusive, and elegant products

• Meticulous attention to detail in designing interaction flows and states across various screen sizes

• Strategic thinker capable of prioritizing essential elements and eliminating non-essential components

• Ability to address short-term design needs while progressing towards a long-term vision

• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design practices and high-quality design execution

• User-focused and data-driven, balancing qualitative insights with behavioral analytics to inform design decisions

• Proactive in seeking user feedback early on through formative and evaluative research, including usability testing

• Strong technical background and experience collaborating closely with developers to understand technical design considerations

• Team player and effective communicator with the ability to simplify complexity, present compelling stories, and gain buy-in for design decisions

• Proficient in inclusive design and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA and 2.2 AA)

• Sound knowledge of agile methodologies and experience working in global agile teams

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with remote, globally distributed teams and diverse work cultures

• Fluent in written and spoken English
