• We are looking for a dedicated Product Designer to ensure our products are valuable, intuitive, and uphold high standards.
• Initially, the role focuses on product design and user research for our flagship product, Reach CMS (including Raise and Encompass).
• Key responsibilities include:
• Integrating research insights, rapid iteration, and testing to create user-centered solutions
• Transforming conceptual ideas into practical and valuable mobile and web experiences
• Prototyping, testing, and iterating on designs
• Collaborating with product teams to bring ideas to fruition
• Taking ownership of your work from concept to execution
• Actively participating in the design community and sharing knowledge

• Hold a relevant degree or have equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of experience as a product designer for mobile and web platforms
• Proficiency in UX design, interaction design, information architecture, and visual design
• Ability to design simple, inclusive, and elegant products with attention to detail
• Strategic thinker with the capability to prioritize and focus on essential aspects
• Experience in user-centered design and data-informed decision-making
• Strong technical knowledge and collaboration skills with developers
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and global team dynamics
• Fluency in English, with excellent communication and storytelling abilities
• Knowledge of inclusive design principles and accessibility standards
