• Manage and oversee large-scale UX projects, enhancing design processes and delivering top-notch experiences
• Create designs for web and mobile platforms to ensure uniformity, engagement, and user-friendliness
• Collaborate with teams to establish product requirements and synchronize design strategies
• Develop user-centered design assets (journeys, wireframes, prototypes) based on research and usability testing
• Work closely with Product Managers, Developers, Analysts, and Marketers to shape consumer-oriented financial products
• Report to the User Experience Manager and contribute to maintaining design system consistency
• Possess a Bachelor's degree in UX, Visual Design, or a related field, or have equivalent practical experience
• Have 2+ years of experience in UX/UI and digital product design
• Showcase a responsive design portfolio
• Proficiency in Figma, Jira, and other modern design tools
• Familiarity with Agile environments and design systems
• Experience in conducting research and usability testing to guide design decisions
• Ability to collaborate effectively with Product Managers, Developers, Analysts, and Marketers
