• Possess a minimum of 3 years of UX/product design experience with a focus on strong visual and interaction design skills.
• Experience in designing for mobile and fieldwork environments, with a solid understanding of offline scenarios.
• Demonstrated expertise in designing AI or data-enhanced experiences that instill trust.
• Interest in complex domains like mechanics, logistics, or high-accountability workflows.
• Proficient in producing flows, prototypes, and designs in Figma.
• Strong proficiency in Figma, including Auto Layout, design systems, and advanced plugin workflows.
