• Advocate for user needs while aligning with business objectives.
• Develop solutions for Data & Insights products through design exploration, documentation, presentations, and collaboration across various platforms such as web, iOS, and Android.
• Conduct competitor analysis, discovery research, and usability testing.
• Create user flows, customer journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Present and articulate design concepts and rationale to team members and stakeholders.
• Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and quality in design execution and implementation.
• Contribute to and uphold the design system by documenting new patterns, enhancing existing components, and ensuring consistency across all products.
• Adhere to established design principles and develop reusable patterns for consistency and scalability.
• Inspire the team, stakeholders, and customers with innovative ideas and shape future user experiences.
• Provide clear specifications and documentation to support engineers in implementing your designs.
• 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in SaaS products, preferably for small and medium-sized businesses.
• Portfolio showcasing data-rich design work (dashboards, reporting, analytics) and design patterns you have created or significantly contributed to.
• Understanding of technical limitations for web, iOS, and Android platforms.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG, A11y).
• Proficiency in AI-powered design or prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Lovable, Claude) for workflow optimization.
• Exposure to AI-driven data visualization, personalization, or workflow automation is advantageous.
• Hands-on experience with design systems — maintaining components, introducing new patterns, and ensuring consistent design tokens across different platforms.
