📋 Description

• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to address intricate challenges and establish consensus on business objectives

• Collaborate closely with product management and engineering teams to carry out project initiatives

• Assess project scope and comprehend the trade-offs between immediate delivery requirements and long-term product aspirations

• Advocate for design-thinking methodologies to deliver holistic design solutions

• Ensure product consistency by promoting the utilization of our design system

• Generate innovative solutions to complex issues based on thorough research and defined goals

• Develop clear user flows, specifications, and prototypes for user interfaces

• Incorporate storytelling elements in presenting design concepts

• Organize content and information, enhancing existing components with a focus on user objectives, usability, and accessibility

• Cultivate a collaborative culture and inclusive decision-making environment

• Offer guidance and feedback to team members through reviews, documentation, and technical support

• Acquire in-depth knowledge of all CrowdStrike features and services to ensure consistent and integrated solutions

• Lead brainstorming sessions to define project scopes

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience with Enterprise SaaS Products

• Proficient in Figma software

• Familiarity with Design systems

• Proficient in creating and designing for user personas

• Competent in end-to-end user experience processes and workflows, including user research, wireframing, and prototyping

• Skilled in all aspects of Product Design, encompassing research and writing

• Ability to simplify multi-step user tasks and complex data for enhanced usability

• Strong utilization of design artifacts to communicate ideas effectively and ensure alignment

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills in verbal and written forms

• Capable of independently completing feature initiatives or working within a team

• Self-motivated, receptive to feedback, and committed to growth

• Proficient in data-driven decision-making

• Possess servant leadership qualities and the ability to align various stakeholders

• Demonstrated bias for action and comfort with ambiguity
