• Experience: 3–5 years of experience in designing digital products, preferably in the SaaS or B2B sector. Knowledge of data-driven AI & Insights products is advantageous. User-Centered Design Skills: Strong grasp of UX principles and a focus on user needs. Proficiency in UI & Interaction Design: Ability to utilize design tools like Figma. Research Proficiency: Hands-on experience in user research and testing methodologies, including conducting interviews and usability tests independently. Strong Collaboration Skills: Excel in working with diverse teams and incorporating stakeholder feedback. Effective Communication Abilities: Capable of articulating design concepts and integrating feedback. Growth Mindset: Willingness to learn, take initiative, and continuously enhance design skills.
• Competitive Compensation: Base salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $150,000, with additional variable compensation opportunities.
