• Join a product squad as a valued member of the Product Design team
• Engage daily with Product Managers and Engineers to tackle intricate product challenges from start to finish
• Transform product vision, user insights, and technical limitations into user-friendly, scalable, and cohesive experiences
• Actively enhance design quality throughout the product by engaging in shared standards, practices, and continuous craftsmanship improvement
• Minimum 4 years of Product Designer experience in the digital realm, preferably in B2B SaaS
• Proficiency in crafting intricate workflows and systems while ensuring user-friendly experiences
• Strong product-oriented thinking and problem-solving abilities, balancing user requirements, business objectives, and technical limitations
• Previous experience collaborating closely with Product Managers and Engineers in a squad setup
• Proficient in Figma, including components, variants, and prototyping
• Capable of taking charge of a project from inception to completion with increasing independence
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly
• Willingness to contribute to collective design excellence and shared design standards
• Proficient in English (US/UK) or equivalent B2 level in French
