Product Designer

📋 Description

• Demonstrated history of efficiently designing and launching impactful products from inception to delivery

• Create precise high-fidelity visual compositions and guidelines for the development team

• Proficient in working with responsive and adaptive layouts

• Contribute to the development, management, and enhancement of UI pattern libraries and interaction guidelines

• Effectively communicate, defend, and establish consensus on product design direction

• Showcase a robust portfolio with a refined aesthetic sense

• Possess UX awareness and exceptional attention to detail

• Perform additional assigned duties

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3-5 years of experience in graphic/product/UI design

• Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or equivalent professional background

• Thorough understanding of user-centered design principles and UI best practices

• Ability to design while adhering to brand guidelines and creating new guidelines as necessary

• Strong presentation skills

• Experience working in an Agile delivery team for iterative product planning and development

• Proficiency in rapid prototyping applications and user testing prototyping

• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS

• Proficiency in Keynote and/or PowerPoint

• Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and other industry tools

• Experience in designing complex experiences for web, mobile, and app interfaces

• Exceptional time and project management abilities

• Organized, self-motivated, and creatively quick thinking

• Strong interpersonal communication skills, diplomacy, and tact
