Product Designer

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Product Managers to establish product strategy and transform business goals into engaging user experiences

• Manage the entire design process from inception to launch, encompassing research, brainstorming, prototyping, and validation

• Utilize user research, data insights, and business objectives to make informed design decisions

• Advocate for design thinking and user-centric methodologies throughout the organization

• Create user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-quality designs for web and mobile applications

• Develop and uphold a scalable design system to ensure consistency across all products

• Design with consideration of engineering limitations, balancing user experience ideals with technical feasibility

• Swiftly iterate based on user feedback and data analysis

• Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and usability tests

• Translate research insights into actionable design strategies

• Define and monitor success metrics for design projects

• Leverage data and A/B testing to validate design choices and enhance conversions

• Collaborate closely with Engineering for seamless implementation

• Work alongside Product Managers on roadmap planning and feature prioritization

• Partner with Customer Success to grasp user pain points and support requirements

• Contribute to product documentation, including UI specifications and acceptance criteria

• Present design concepts and reasoning to stakeholders at various levels

• Support marketing efforts with visual assets as needed

• Assist in establishing design processes and best practices for scalability

• Contribute to fostering company culture and team bonding initiatives

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess 2-4 years of product design experience, with exposure to B2B SaaS

• Demonstrate a track record of shipping features that positively impacted key metrics

• Show enthusiasm for collaborating with Product Managers on strategic initiatives

• Exhibit proficiency in Figma and other modern design tools

• Display strong prototyping skills for illustrating interactions and user flows

• Understand front-end development principles and responsive design

• Familiarity with analytics tools and data-driven design concepts
