• This position will primarily concentrate on optimizing the performance of our Freedom Debt Relief website, encompassing the homepage, new landing pages, tools, and acquisition processes, all while advocating for our customer's requirements.
• In this capacity, you will play a key role in recognizing, designing, and implementing product experiences that enhance user acquisition, activation, and retention.
• Collaborating closely with various teams such as Product, Engineering, Data, Brand, and Marketing, you will develop impactful solutions that drive the growth of our customer base and business.
• This role offers a fantastic opportunity for a proactive designer who excels in dynamic environments and possesses a solid history of designing for experimentation, conversion, and tangible business outcomes.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working within an Agile cross-functional team, addressing intricate challenges, and delivering market-leading products with a significant business impact.
• Possess a growth-oriented and data-centric mindset, with expertise in conversion optimization through rapid iteration and experimentation using A/B testing and performance metrics.
• Proficient in working across various products and platforms, encompassing desktop and mobile interfaces.
• Skilled in conceptualizing, prototyping, testing, and then transitioning to high-fidelity designs.
• Thorough understanding of A/B testing, funnel analysis, and user behavior metrics.
• Familiarity with marketing and branding strategies and industry best practices.
• Demonstrate high standards of quality in both interaction & visual design, along with robust technical abilities.
• Stay informed about new technologies and methodologies in the design field, WCAG requirements, and mobile standards.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
• Ability to articulate complex interaction concepts clearly and convincingly to various audiences within the organization.
• Proficiency in using industry-standard design tools.
