• Collaborate with product managers to discover opportunities, create hypotheses, and develop experiments to enhance the user journey
• Design complete user experiences, starting from initial concepts and prototypes to detailed visuals and launched features
• Utilize both qualitative and quantitative data to guide design choices and iterate rapidly
• Work closely with engineering to ensure the practicality and accuracy of implementations
• Advocate for user needs while also considering business objectives
• Partner with Brand and Marketing teams to maintain consistency and coherence in brand representation across digital platforms
• Clearly document and communicate design decisions to all teams
• Contribute to enhancing our design systems and patterns
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an Agile team, solving complex problems, and delivering impactful products
• Growth-focused and data-driven mindset, proficient in conversion optimization through rapid iteration and A/B testing
• Experience working on various products and platforms, including desktop and mobile applications
• Proficiency in concepting, prototyping, testing, and transitioning to high-fidelity designs
• Deep understanding of A/B testing, funnel analysis, and user behavior metrics
• Knowledgeable in marketing strategies, brand practices, and design technologies
• Demonstrated excellence in interaction and visual design with strong technical skills
• Familiarity with new design technologies, WCAG requirements, and mobile design guidelines
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and analytical skills
• Ability to explain complex interaction concepts clearly to various audiences
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools
