• As a Product Designer at Achieve, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals transition from surviving to thriving through digital personal finance solutions. Working with a team of innovative problem solvers, you will create cutting-edge products that directly impact member success.
• This position will focus on optimizing the performance of the Freedom Debt Relief website by enhancing various elements such as the homepage, landing pages, tools, and acquisition flows to meet customer needs effectively.
• 3+ years of experience in an Agile cross-functional team, delivering impactful products with a growth-oriented and data-driven approach.
• Proficiency in conversion optimization, A/B testing, and analyzing user behavior metrics across different platforms.
• Strong design skills from concepting to high-fidelity designs, along with knowledge of marketing strategies and new design technologies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly to various audiences.
• Familiarity with industry-standard design tools and a background in UX research or experimentation frameworks are a plus.
• Experience in the financial services industry and evangelizing consumer-centered thinking are desirable.
