• We are seeking a Product Designer to join AgencyAnalytics.
• Your main focus will be on enhancing the user experience through the Proposals feature set.
• Collaborate closely with our Senior Product Designer and various stakeholders.
• Take ownership of design projects from start to finish, from discovery to delivery.
• Delve into user needs and deliver refined and polished experiences.
• Must have 2–4 years of experience in designing digital products within SaaS or B2B environments.
• Possess a strong grasp of UX principles and prioritize user-centric design.
• Proficient in UI & Interaction Design using tools such as Figma.
• Hands-on experience with user research and testing methodologies.
• Excellent collaboration skills within cross-functional teams.
• Ability to articulate design thinking and incorporate feedback effectively.
• Demonstrated eagerness to learn, take initiative, and hone your craft.
• Competitive compensation ranging from $100,000 to $150,000 CAD.
• Compensation is based on market trends, your skills, work history, and pay equity.
