Product Designer

📋 Description

• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gain deep insights into user needs, pain points, and behaviors.

• Create and manage design systems and component libraries to ensure a consistent look and feel across iOS, Android, and web interfaces, while adhering to platform-specific patterns and guidelines.

• Lead the design process from concept development and user flows to final visual design, ensuring a seamless and responsive experience on various devices and screen sizes.

• Collaborate closely with Product Managers to shape product strategy, define requirements, and work with Engineers to ensure technical feasibility and smooth asset handoff.

• Iterate on designs based on user feedback, A/B testing outcomes, and analytics insights.

• Promote best practices in user experience and contribute to enhancing design processes, tools, and team dynamics.

• Provide mentorship and support to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and inclusive design environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience using modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD.

• Strong grasp of layout, typography, and color theory, with a keen eye for detail and usability.

• Familiarity with native mobile design patterns (e.g., Human Interface Guidelines for iOS, Material Design for Android) and responsive web design principles.

• Experience in user research, usability testing, and utilizing qualitative and quantitative feedback to enhance designs.
