• Ensure UI consistency with the Alan brand, making thoughtful design decisions for product delivery.
• Contribute to the design system by documenting components for designers and engineers.
• Monitor and test Alan's product quality continuously to ensure excellence.
• Minimum 5 years of product design experience, including end-to-end product development.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality products within cross-functional teams for exceptional user experiences.
• Experience mentoring junior designers to support their professional growth.
• Proficiency in UX research, UI design, and visual design, capable of providing production-ready assets.
• Familiarity with AI and innovative design tools, showcasing a curiosity for emerging technologies.
• Excellent English communication skills for effective collaboration within an international team (knowledge of French is a bonus).
