⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4 years of UX/Product Design experience with consumer-facing products, preferably with small business users.

• Showcase a strong online portfolio with user-centric designs and successful cross-functional collaboration.

• Proficiency in Figma, design systems, a growth mindset, and strong communication skills are essential.

• Experience in social networking or referral-driven platforms is advantageous.

• Core Skills: User Research, Wireframing & Prototyping, User Journey Mapping, User Testing, Data-Informed Design, Empathy for SMB Users, Context Switching.
