• Collaborate closely with the Tech and Product teams to ensure that your designs bring value to users and are technically feasible.
• Develop wireframes and interactive prototypes for design exploration and user testing.
• Innovate new design concepts that set our products apart from competitors.
• Stay updated on the latest product design practices.
• Gather user feedback for continuous improvement and adjustments.
• Identify and implement process enhancements to streamline design workflows and improve efficiency.
• A Bachelor's degree in computer science, web development, or a related field is typically required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Designer in cross-functional teams within a fast-paced setting.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Strong skills in user interface, HTML, and prototyping.
• Understanding of Responsive Design principles.
• Familiarity with accessibility guidelines and their implementation.
• Knowledge of browser quirks and solutions for Cross-Browser Compatibility.
• Attention to detail, effective communication, and collaboration abilities.
• Fluent in English.
• Prior experience in a Fintech or Financial institution.
• Solid understanding of front-end web development technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
