• Lead the design process for Alto's digital products, starting from ideation through prototyping, testing, and final implementation to accelerate your career.
• Collaborate with various teams like Product Managers, Engineers, Data Scientists, etc., to transform user needs into impactful design solutions.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity UI designs, and design specifications to effectively communicate design concepts and user flows.
• Perform user research, usability testing, and collect feedback to ensure products meet user needs and deliver exceptional experiences.
• Manage and improve Alto’s design system, ensuring consistency and scalability throughout the product.
• Promote user-centered design principles and foster a design-thinking culture within the organization.
• Keep abreast of the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to enhance design practices and elevate Alto’s product offerings continuously.
• Possess a Bachelor's Degree in a related field like Graphic Design, Interaction Design, User Experience (UX) Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Industrial Design (if it aligns with the product focus), or Visual Design/Web Design.
• Have over 3 years of experience in product design with a robust portfolio showcasing successful projects across web and mobile platforms.
• Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
• Experience with user research, user testing, and data analysis to drive design decisions.
• Familiarity with front-end development processes (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a bonus.
• Experience in designing healthcare-related products or services is preferred.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
• Work experience in agile/scrum environments.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively present and defend design choices to stakeholders.
• A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Passionate about solving intricate problems and designing products that enhance people's lives, especially in healthcare.
