Product Designer

📋 Description

• Be involved in the entire design process, from initial exploration to detailed UI design and handover to developers

• Collaborate with product managers, researchers, and engineers to create features that address user needs and maintain consistency within Appspace

• Engage in user testing and design reviews to validate concepts and enhance user experience continuously

• Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and visual mockups to convey design ideas and interactions

• Refine usability and visual design based on feedback and data insights

• Create UI components that adhere to design guidelines and brand standards

• Work with the design systems team to contribute design patterns and assets

• Ensure design intent is preserved during implementation by collaborating closely with engineers

• Collaborate with other designers to maintain consistency and enhance design quality across products

• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to enhance the UX/UI experience

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field, or have equivalent practical experience and a portfolio

• Showcase UX/UI projects in your portfolio that highlight your design process, visual skills, and problem-solving abilities

• Proficient in Figma and/or Adobe Creative Suite

• Understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design best practices

• Strong communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional teams

• Knowledge of front-end implementation concepts is a bonus
