Product Designer

📋 Description

• Play a key role in the entire design process, from brainstorming and concept development to creating detailed UI designs and facilitating handoffs to developers.

• Collaborate with product managers, researchers, and engineers to craft features that address genuine user needs while upholding consistency across Appspace.

• Engage in user testing and design reviews to validate concepts and continuously enhance the user experience.

• Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and visual mockups to convey design ideas and user flows effectively.

• Refine usability and visual design based on feedback and data analysis.

• Design user-friendly, accessible, and coherent UI elements that adhere to our design system and brand guidelines.

• Work with the design systems team to contribute patterns, components, and visual assets.

• Ensure that design objectives are met during implementation by collaborating closely with engineers.

• Maintain design consistency, share insights, and enhance design quality across the product suite by collaborating with other designers.

• Stay informed about design trends, tools, and technologies to drive our UX/UI efforts forward.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field — or demonstrate equivalent practical experience and portfolio work.

• Showcase UX/UI projects in your portfolio that illustrate your design process, visual expertise, and problem-solving approach.

• Proficient in Figma and/or Adobe Creative Suite.

• Knowledge of user-centered design principles and responsive design best practices.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills when working with cross-functional teams.

• Familiarity with front-end implementation concepts (an advantage).
