• Suggest improvements for enhancing customer experience across the organization
• 5-7+ years of experience in digital product design, user experience, service design, or similar roles
• Knowledge of product development best practices in the manufacturing industry
• Ability to bring order and clarity to complex situations
• Experience in prototyping new concepts and enhancing existing product/service offerings
• Familiarity with PLM/Digital Thread concepts and workflows
• Strong focus on delivering value to customers
• Proven track record in designing multi-channel systems
• Passion for problem-solving and design thinking
• Ability to make quick decisions and raise concerns when needed
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
• Skills to influence technical resources for better user experiences
• Experience in Agile development and B2B SaaS design
• Familiarity with Lean UX and Machine Learning concepts
• Knowledge of Front-End platforms like AngularJS and ReactJS
• Advanced degree in design, user experience, or related field
