Product Designer

📋 Description

• Lead the end-to-end design of our proprietary risk platform, ensuring intuitive, data-driven user experiences.

• Conduct user research and usability testing to deeply understand customer needs and translate insights into design solutions.

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs to guide development.

• Advocate for design best practices and accessibility across all product features.

• Collaborate closely with engineers and product managers to refine and implement designs efficiently.

• Ensure consistency in design language and usability across the platform.

• Collaborate with other teams to create compelling visual and written content that effectively communicates our value proposition.

• Develop brand-aligned digital assets, presentations, and marketing materials to enhance customer engagement.

• Contribute to the company’s content strategy, crafting blog posts, case studies, and product updates that reinforce our thought leadership in the industry.

• Align product messaging with user insights to strengthen brand identity and improve customer acquisition and retention.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI design, and front-end development.

• Expertise in designing scalable, data-driven user interfaces and optimizing web app performance.

• Experience conducting user research, A/B testing, and data-driven design sprints.

• Ability to craft marketing assets and digital content that align with product design and business goals.
