• Lead the design process from start to finish for medium-scale product features, workflows, and enhancements.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and various stakeholders to comprehend issues and provide clear, user-centric solutions.
• Transform user requirements and business objectives into user-friendly interfaces for both desktop and mobile platforms.
• Engage in planning meetings and team activities, bringing a design perspective to product and technical conversations.
• Contribute to and uphold our design system and patterns, ensuring a balance between consistency and user-friendliness throughout the Bamboo Health product lineup.
• Utilize various methods (user feedback, research, prototypes, data, etc.) to validate and refine concepts.
• Simplify complex processes into user-friendly interfaces across desktop and mobile platforms.
• Effectively communicate design concepts to engineers through specifications, handoff tools, and active cooperation.
• Identify possibilities to improve workflows through AI or automation tools.
• Possess 2–5 years of experience in UX or product design for web and mobile applications.
• Showcase a portfolio highlighting end-to-end design projects, particularly in intricate workflows or systems.
• Demonstrate the ability to handle projects with moderate uncertainty and see them through with guidance.
• Proficient in using Figma for interface design, prototyping, and documentation.
• Experience with design systems is a plus.
• Familiarity with accessibility, interaction design, and UX best practices.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to provide and receive feedback constructively.
• Comfortable using or learning AI-driven tools to enhance daily workflows.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, displaying good judgment and creativity in solution design.
• Proven capability to excel in fast-paced, high-growth, and rapidly changing environments.
• Ability to be productive in a remote-first setting, ensuring high-quality virtual interactions with minimal distractions.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for work purposes.
