β’ Take the lead in design discovery activities within your team, collaborating closely with Product Managers and developers
β’ Ensure consistency across the platform and user journeys by working with other Product Designers
β’ Translate insights and requirements into flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
β’ Conduct user testing and iterate solutions based on qualitative and quantitative data
β’ Drive the Research Strategy in your team and oversee the Research repository with other designers
β’ Contribute to the evolution of the design system

β’ Must have 4β6 years of experience as a UX/Product Designer, preferably in digital product companies experiencing rapid growth
β’ Act as a strategic collaborator, engaging closely with Designers, Product Managers, Developers, and other stakeholders from various departments
β’ Showcase a portfolio demonstrating your end-to-end design process and problem-solving skills
β’ Proficient in Figma and familiar with analytics and collaboration tools such as Amplitude, Qlik, FigJam, and Miro
β’ Possess a user-centric, data-driven mindset
β’ Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
β’ Fluent in English (knowledge of Italian is a bonus)
β’ Advocate for simplicity in design and processes, focusing on what truly matters to the user
β’ Able to articulate design rationale clearly and persuasively, while also being receptive to feedback and collaboration
