• Take the lead in design discovery activities within your team, collaborating closely with Product Managers and developers
• Ensure consistency across the platform and user journeys by working with other Product Designers
• Translate insights and requirements into flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Conduct user testing and iterate solutions based on qualitative and quantitative data
• Drive the Research Strategy in your team and oversee the Research repository with other designers
• Contribute to the evolution of the design system
• Facilitate co-design sessions and workshops to promote a strong design culture
• Evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions through data and feedback, fostering continuous improvement
• Must have 4–6 years of experience as a UX/Product Designer, preferably in digital product companies experiencing rapid growth
• Act as a strategic collaborator, engaging closely with Designers, Product Managers, Developers, and other stakeholders from various departments
• Showcase a portfolio demonstrating your end-to-end design process and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Figma and familiar with analytics and collaboration tools such as Amplitude, Qlik, FigJam, and Miro
• Possess a user-centric, data-driven mindset
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
• Fluent in English (knowledge of Italian is a bonus)
• Advocate for simplicity in design and processes, focusing on what truly matters to the user
• Able to articulate design rationale clearly and persuasively, while also being receptive to feedback and collaboration
