• Take charge of the complete design process for one or more product domains, starting from idea generation to execution
• Design critical user pathways in popular products accessed by a wide audience
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to identify issues and devise user-friendly solutions
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and refined UI designs
• Conduct usability tests, collect feedback, and iterate rapidly
• Contribute to and enhance the design framework for uniformity and scalability
• Advocate for user interests and ensure they are at the forefront of decision-making

• Possess 3–5 years of product design experience with a portfolio demonstrating web/mobile projects
• Proficient in Figma and prototyping software
• Knowledgeable about user research, testing, and agile product methodologies
• Strong grasp of layout, hierarchy, spacing, and interaction design principles
• Open to candidates worldwide — remote work is encouraged
