• Lead the entire design process for the Health Platform on mobile and web, including information architecture, flows, wireframes, interactions, visuals, and prototypes.
• Simplify complex health, wearable, and biomarker data into user-friendly interfaces that assist in decision-making.
• Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams to brainstorm ideas, enhance solutions, and efficiently deliver polished features.
• Establish and manage a design system that promotes clarity, accuracy, and quick iteration on various platforms.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design choices and improve product development.
• Ensure that every user experience encourages behavior change through actionable steps, feedback mechanisms, and motivational design.
• Keep up-to-date with trends in wearables, quantified self technology, and AI-driven coaching to maintain a top-notch user experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in product design for consumer-facing digital products.
• Impressive portfolio demonstrating system thinking, visual design, interaction design, and successful consumer experiences.
• Background in designing for data-rich or insight-driven products such as wearables, health apps, dashboards, or similar tools.
• Proficiency in modern design tools, with a preference for Figma.
• Ability to quickly prototype concepts and collaborate closely with engineering for high-quality implementation.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain design decisions clearly and accurately.
• Competitive Salary Range: $150-240k + equity
