⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of interface design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating web and mobile design skills

• Proficient in mobile and web design best practices, with a strong visual design acumen

• Ability to navigate complexity and provide clarity in ambiguous situations with a focus on usability

• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across teams

• Enthusiastic about delivering top-quality products and possessing a humble, curious attitude

• Proficiency in Figma and other industry-standard design/prototyping tools

• Portfolio showcasing design systems experience and previous work at consumer-focused tech or finance companies
