• Cadence Solutions is looking for a talented Product Designer to play a crucial role in shaping its array of clinician and patient-centric products.

• As a Product Designer, you will be involved in designing both web and mobile applications catering to a diverse user base.

• Your primary responsibility will be to create intuitive and scalable solutions that harmonize clinical workflows, user requirements, and business objectives.

• Your work will encompass designing patient-oriented mobile applications as well as internal clinical processes.

• Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to ensure coherence and clarity in Cadence's product offerings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess at least 4 years of experience in product design within the healthcare industry or consumer products realm.

• Proficient in using Figma or Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and AI tools for product development.

• Ability to comprehend and translate intricate workflows into user-friendly UI designs.

• Familiarity with web technologies like React, React Native, and their related ecosystems, including how component-based structures, state management, and responsive design principles impact user experience and design feasibility.

• Demonstrated capability to design for diverse audiences across multi-service platforms.

• Solid grasp of responsive and native mobile design, with hands-on experience in developing and maintaining design systems.

• Proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams and contributing to product strategy in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Ability to create scalable user experiences across various platforms such as web, mobile apps, emails, and landing pages.
