• As a key member of the CFI Product team, the Product (UX/UI) Designer will be responsible for creating, enhancing, and refining our digital products while exploring innovative interaction and visual design concepts.
• From conceptualization to execution, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our design direction and supporting the growth and development of our team.
• A portfolio showcasing your work is a must for consideration in this role.
• Responsibilities include collaborating with CFI’s design and development team, overseeing the entire UX process, and validating solutions on a large scale.
• You will contribute to product strategy by aligning business objectives with user needs at CFI.
• Facilitating meetings with stakeholders, designing user flows, and optimizing experiences will be part of your daily tasks.
• Deepening your understanding of the customer journey through insights, analysis, and testing will inform your design decisions.
• Identifying high-impact ideas and transforming them into engaging user experiences to drive product growth.
• Working closely with the Sr. Product Manager to define solutions and prioritize design efforts for each sprint.
• Collaborating with engineering to implement and refine designs, and partnering with marketing and data teams to identify user segments and growth opportunities.
• Contributing to and upholding our design system, working with the Content team to enhance the learning experience for users, and establishing design practices and processes for the team.
• Collaborating on cross-functional projects with UI/UX and Graphic Designers.
• 2-5+ years of experience in UI/UX design
• Proficiency in Figma
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, particularly with cross-functional partners
• Ability to create interactive prototypes
• Attention to detail is a key strength
• Experience with SaaS products, particularly LMS/e-learning platforms, is a plus
• Balancing user needs and business goals in the design process
• Effectively communicating design decisions and receiving feedback gracefully
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Comfortable in a hybrid environment with a mix of start-up culture and structured sprints
