• Leading the development of exceptional user experience solutions for various Cint products, considering customer needs, business goals, and market trends
• Conducting user testing and interviews to identify unmet needs, generate product insights, and foster innovation
• Collaborating with the Product Design team, stakeholders, and partners to brainstorm strategic design solutions
• Creating high-quality design materials such as user requirements, personas, storyboards, wireframes, visual comps, and prototypes
• Simplifying complex systems into user-friendly UI concepts and showcasing them through storytelling and rapid prototyping
• Validating design solutions through customer testing and documenting findings for effective communication with product teams
• Contributing to a shared design system to ensure consistency and efficiency across all products
• Working closely with a diverse team including designers, researchers, writers, strategists, and developers to bring user-centered designs to fruition
• Collaborating with engineering teams to implement user-focused design solutions
• Minimum of 3 years experience in product design or UX design, ideally in a technical SaaS product environment with a focus on B2B
• Proficiency in modern design tools like Figma (experience with variables and auto-layout is a plus)
• Experience with design systems or component libraries
