• Enhance and expand our design system to support new patterns, enhance consistency, and boost design and engineering speed
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to identify unmet customer needs and translate insights into impactful solutions
• Develop user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma that prioritize usability, scalability, and visual excellence
• Identify opportunities to revamp key screens (e.g. onboarding flow) and address minor quality issues
• Contribute to defining the collaboration between humans and AI in developer tooling
• Minimum 3 years of product design experience with a focus on complex, technical, or B2B products
• Demonstrated experience in building or expanding a design system in partnership with engineering teams
• Driven by insights and dedicated to understanding customer needs deeply
• Proactive, independent, with excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach
• Strong systems thinking, considering long-term scalability and technical feasibility
• Enthusiastic about AI and eager to leverage emerging technologies to improve design workflows
• Experience in designing developer tools, IDEs, or code-centric workflows (Bonus)
