• Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, and the wider product development team to develop UI/UX solutions that effectively address user needs.
• Advocate for exceptional user experience, visual coherence, and design uniformity within your product domain.
• Conduct or collaborate on UX research to identify user requirements and potential enhancements.
• Lead UX workshops with clients to define problems and co-create solutions.
• Create and maintain design assets such as wireframes, storyboards, mockups, prototypes, and user flows.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and fellow Designers to implement features from inception to release.
• Utilize analytics, research findings, and user feedback to refine and improve designs.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in product design, with a preference for working on complex SaaS or enterprise products.
• Portfolio showcasing strong problem-solving skills, UX strategy, and refined UI design.
• Proficiency in Figma with knowledge of the latest features.
• Ability to transition smoothly between rough sketches and detailed prototypes.
• Comfortable conducting UX research and translating insights into actionable design choices.
• Familiarity with responsive web design, user-centered design approaches, usability, and accessibility best practices (a strong advantage).
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JS capabilities and common UI frameworks (a strong advantage).
• Proficiency in English to facilitate daily collaboration and work tasks.
• Collaborative mindset, open to feedback, and able to think innovatively to solve intricate problems.
