Product Designer

📋 Description

• Develop innovative product experiences across CoinTracker's diverse product range, aligning with the mission to facilitate universal crypto adoption with confidence

• Lead the complete design lifecycle of CoinTracker products, from initial concept creation to final execution

• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define product specifications that meet user requirements and business objectives

• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior members of the design team

• Produce interactive prototypes and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts and user journeys

• Utilize user research, usability testing, and data analysis to drive design decisions and refine product designs

• Contribute to enhancing and maintaining design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency and scalability

• Advocate for user-centric design principles and promote user experience and empathy throughout the organization

• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UX/UI design and the crypto sector

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess 8+ years of experience in product design, with a compelling portfolio showcasing design expertise

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field

• A Master's degree and prior involvement with a leading crypto company are advantageous

• Demonstrate a commitment to excellence and quality, with strong conceptual and design thinking abilities

• Proficient in prototyping tools like Figma, Principle, Framer, or After Effects

• Skilled in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)

• Capable of creating interactive prototypes and high-fidelity designs

• Experienced in utilizing user research, usability testing, and data analysis to guide design decisions

• Ability to deliver demos/prototypes iteratively and convey ideas effectively through design

• Previous experience in maintaining or enhancing design systems and guidelines

• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach with cross-functional teams

• Driven and excels in a startup environment

• Knowledge of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency, and fintech is beneficial

• Motion design, Brand, and Design systems experience is a plus
