Product Designer

📋 Description

• Take charge of designing CoLab’s settings and admin experience, covering UX architecture to UI refinement

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and fellow designers to create cohesive and scalable experiences

• Lead user research and validation initiatives for enterprise workflows

• Produce design assets spanning from diagrams and wireframes to prototypes and final visuals

• Ensure design uniformity across the core product, admin, and integration spheres

• Promote clarity and simplicity in a field known for its complexity

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of product design experience, with at least 2 years in enterprise SaaS

• Background in designing intricate workflows or administrative tools

• Proficient in Figma and adept at working within structured design systems

• Strong grasp of UX principles and a strong focus on usability

• Ability to articulate design choices clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

• Bonus: Familiarity with systems like PLM, ERP, or enterprise access control

• Bonus: Experience utilizing AI-powered design tools (e.g., Figma Make, Lovable, or similar) to enhance ideation, iteration, and design workflow efficiency
