•Demonstrated skills in systems thinking and information architecture are required.
•Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate design decisions are a must.
•Experience with contextual design and service design to enhance user experiences throughout the journey.
•Proficiency in Figma libraries and experience in scaling and managing design systems.
•Successful track record in collaborating across functions and taking ownership of projects.
•Ability to work independently and navigate through complex situations.
