• Proficient in product design, especially in shipping user-facing features or products

• Conduct exploratory user research and usability testing sessions

• Passionate about understanding user problems and root causes

• Comfortable with design processes and methodologies

• Actively share information, request, and provide feedback

• Full professional proficiency in English

• Nice-to-have: Experience in benefits, fintech, or welfare market

• Nice-to-have: Familiarity with SaaS

• Nice-to-have: Experience in high-growth B2B SaaS, Marketplaces, and mobile-first design
