• Take ownership of both large and small projects within our product verticals, collaborating closely with product managers
• Work alongside cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and marketers, to define product requirements and develop solutions that align with user needs and business objectives
• Develop functional prototypes and high-fidelity designs to convey design concepts, utilizing GenAI, Figma automations, and plugins to explore various design directions
• Utilize user research, usability testing, and data analysis to make informed design decisions and validate assumptions
• Manage and enhance our design system to ensure consistency and scalability across all products and platforms
• Implement modern practices such as AI tools, automation, motion design, performance optimization, and fintech UX patterns, sharing insights and best practices with the team
• Enhance the product brand by setting high visual standards, establishing a cohesive design language, and collaborating with Lifecycle Marketing to ensure the product UI reflects Credible’s identity and mission
• Preferably hold a Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
• Possess 2-3 years of experience in product design, particularly for B2C/consumer internet products
• Proficient in working with Figma
• Showcase an impressive portfolio demonstrating experience in leading design projects, contributing to design systems, navigating complex user flows, and delivering functional, intuitive, and visually appealing products
• Experience in applying user research techniques and product data/analytics to guide design decisions
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to articulate and defend design choices
• Ability to effectively collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
