📋 Description

• Comprehend project objectives to deliver top-notch design specifications promptly.

• Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to carry out all projects.

• Define project tasks and grasp the balance between immediate delivery requirements and long-term product objectives.

• Explore and identify potential additional usage scenarios beyond individual projects when extending existing templates and patterns.

• Generate innovative solutions to intricate problems rooted in research and objectives.

• Develop clear user pathways, specifications, and prototypes for user interfaces.

• Employ storytelling techniques that emphasize the user and problem to be solved when presenting design concepts.

• Structure content and information and enhance current components focusing on user objectives, usability, and accessibility.

• Advocate for the use of our design system to ensure product uniformity.

• Offer insights to team members through work evaluations, documentation, and technical guidance.

• Acquire knowledge of all CrowdStrike features and services to uphold consistency and unified solutions.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing enterprise cloud-based solutions.

• Proficiency in leading ideation activities within defined parameters.

• Skill in simplifying multi-step user tasks and making complex data user-friendly.

• Ability to develop and design for user personas.

• Familiarity with end-to-end user experience processes and workflows, including user journeys, task analysis, information architecture, wireframing, prototyping, and evaluative research methods.

• Strong utilization of design assets to foster alignment, convey ideas, and deliver an exceptional user experience.

• Experience using Figma.

• Some exposure to enterprise SaaS products.

• Exceptional collaboration and communication skills in both verbal and written forms.

• Online portfolio.
