📋 Description

• Join Sherpany as a Product Designer and be part of a dynamic team of 10 in the Product Design Chapter.

• Collaborate closely with Product Manager and Engineers to enhance Sherpany's product for Board- and C-Level Meetings.

• Solve complex design challenges and create user-friendly interfaces.

• Base your decisions on user research insights.

• Develop concepts, workflows, prototypes, and improve user experience.

• Define strategy, objectives, and vision for user experience with the Product Manager.

• Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to shape user journeys.

• Take full ownership of features or products from concept to execution.

• Test solutions to address user needs and drive business results.

• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to establish success metrics.

• Proficiency in English, with German language skills as a bonus.
