• Create innovative products and workflows to enhance user experiences, drive revenue, and boost operational efficiency.
• Develop and refine UX strategies for various products and modules, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Collaborate on UI strategies that meet brand requirements and design intentional design systems.
• Work closely with product and engineering teams to oversee product user experiences from concept to launch.
• Act as a player-coach in a small team, assisting with design tasks based on company priorities.
• Enhance existing designs and establish user research and testing strategies.
• Lead the evolution and scaling of the design system to meet team requirements.
• Provide feedback to the design team and ensure alignment with product, engineering, and customer experience teams.
• 3 - 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer, UX designer, or similar role.
• Strong problem-solving, interaction, and visual design skills showcased in a design portfolio.
• Proficiency in conducting and synthesizing UX research.
• Experience managing Visual and UI design teams and deliverables, including Design Systems.
• Ability to drive design review cycles, meet design requirements, and achieve consensus.
• Experience in delivering responsive web and native app experiences.
• Design background in B2B platforms and/or marketplaces.
• Availability to work within 1 hour of the East Coast US Time Zone (Work day starts at 8 am ET).
• Excellent English communication skills (CEFR: C1 level) for effective collaboration.
• Previous experience in multinational companies is beneficial.
