• Lead the design of comprehensive product experiences, from initial concept to final production
• Collaborate closely with engineers using tools like Figma, Cursor, and GitHub to prototype, refine, and implement features that offer a seamless and expressive user experience
• Utilize AI tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, and Figma MCP to innovate and enhance product design and development
• Develop elegant interfaces that present complex data analysis and developer tools in a clear and visually appealing manner
• Establish design systems and component libraries that maintain a balance between flexibility and consistency
• Create micro animations for applications and product animations for marketing purposes
• Provide design support for marketing and sales activities, including event, brand, and slide design
• Deep understanding of crypto culture, technology, and the underlying mechanisms influencing the industry
• Product-focused mindset with a keen interest in user outcomes, data integrity, and interaction design
• Comfort with technical aspects such as GitHub, basic terminal commands, and collaborating with developers to implement designs
• Experience with AI tools like Claude Code, Cursor, or similar AI-driven design/development tools
• Proactive approach to exploring new tools and ideas, demonstrating a builder's energy
• Strong design sensibilities with a focus on typography, layout, motion, and attention to detail
• Additional skills in animation, video production, marketing asset creation, and slide design are a plus
