• We are seeking a Product Designer to join us in our mission of creating the right tools and experiences for our users.
• As a Product Designer, you will be responsible for the entire design process for complex, uncertain problems within a specific product domain.
• You will not only deliver high-quality features but also shape the strategic direction of your domain and ensure your team focuses on solving the correct user problems.
• 3+ years of experience in designing and launching complex, web-based products in a cross-functional team.
• A strong online portfolio showcasing your ability to navigate uncertain problem areas, from research and strategy to refined, user-centered experiences in UX, UI, and visual design.
• Demonstrated experience in leading and conducting various user research methods.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a history of forming strong partnerships with Product and Engineering teams.
• Proficiency in modern design tools like Figma.
• Experience in designing for intricate workflows is essential; experience in healthcare or AI-powered experiences is a significant advantage.
