📋 Description

• Utilize AI-assisted methods to conduct qualitative research, interviews, and workshops for accelerated analysis and insight generation.

• Employ AI design tools to quickly ideate, iterate, and test prototypes, simplifying complex concepts.

• Efficiently validate solutions with users using AI-enabled testing platforms and rapid iteration techniques.

• Create consistent, thoughtful designs for web, mobile, email, and notifications.

• Develop and maintain components, integrating AI for enhanced scalability and efficiency.

• Collaborate with engineers and product managers to deliver high-quality experiences aligned with user needs and EverTrue’s mission.

• Analyze usage metrics, customer feedback, and AI-generated insights to assess impact and drive enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant UX or Product Design experience, preferably with B2B or enterprise SaaS products.

• Proficiency in utilizing generative AI tools like WenderApp, Figma AI, Uizard, etc., to accelerate user research, ideation, prototyping, and testing.

• Strong ability to uncover user needs, frame problems, and validate assumptions through qualitative research and iterative testing.

• Skill in leveraging AI to quickly create and refine low- and high-fidelity prototypes for rapid user feedback loops.

• Experience working in cross-functional environments to align design decisions with business goals.

• Ability to balance empathy, creativity, and data-driven thinking, utilizing AI insights and human intuition.
